Terms and Conditions
Privacy:
All information regarding customers order and/or artwork between Finepoint Embroidery and its customers shall remain confidential at all times.
Quotes:
All quotes are valid for 30 days
Samples Policy:
At Finepoint Embroidery we will send out samples on the following terms:
All samples must be purchased - no sample will be dispatched unless invoiced and fully paid for.
All samples are charged as per quoted price plus our sample delivery fee of $10-$20, (dependant on the various suppliers).
Unwanted samples can be credited on the condition that garments are returned in original clean condition with packaging/labels included/attached within 10 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
Damaged or soiled samples cannot be returned.

If the customer chooses to proceed with the order, we will credit the delivery charge towards your purchases.
Art Work:
We will prepare a sample of your artwork for the customers approval.
Once artwork is approved by the customer he/she takes full responsibility for any mistakes once production has started and is responsible for the goods once produced.
Cancellation of Orders:
In the event of a cancellation of an order, we reserve the right to recoup any expenses related to that order and the customer will be invoiced accordingly.
Where goods have been specifically designed/manufactured (indent orders) the order cannot be canceled at any time. Full payment for the order will be invoiced.
Copyright:
It is the customers responsibility to acknowledge and comply with national and international copyright law. Finepoint Embroidery will not be responsible for breaches of this law while acting on the instructions of its customers.
Payment:
We require a deposit of 50% before commencement of the order, with the balance to be settled before delivery/pickup of the order. Should the customer cancel the order once placed he/she agrees to forfeit the deposit. The title of goods remains with Finepoint Embroidery until the invoice is paid in full. All prices are subject to a 10% G.S.T. unless otherwise stated.

Cheques: Made out to Finepoint Embroidery
Direct Deposit: Is also available.
Electronic transfers should include your invoice number as the reference.
